You will be asked for your credit card information to hold your appointment.
The card on file will only be charged in the event of a "No-Show" or failing to follow the cancellation policy terms:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting, up to, the full cost of the scheduled service.

Running Late?
♦ If you are running late to your appointment please notify the studio ASAP.
♦ Appointments under 10 minutes late will have their services adjusted to stay within their scheduled time.
♦ Appointments more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged according to the Cancellation/No-Show Policy.
