I would like to start off with a sincere apology to all of my clients for any confusion or concern regarding a recent text message that was sent out the other day regarding Booksy.  

For clarification, I had been looking at alternative options for client data management and online booking software and found one that had great potential. After a couple days of consideration and a brief test/demo I decided to continue with this switch. I was able to import client data successfully, and while creating the online booking site I realized it was missing certain functions that I required for "back end management"; and I decided not to use this software.  I promptly reached out to customer service and had my account deactivated and deleted. 

HOWEVER...

It seems that Booksy continued to send out a text based marketing campaign advertising my (no longer existent) account along with a link to their booking marketplace. The Message read as follows:

" Booksy: Book appointments 24/7 with Studio Skyn on Booksy <inactive account link> Reply STOP to opt-out. "

Please disregard this message as I refuse to utilize a service provider who would utilize such a dirty marketing practice, when I did not authorize these messages to be sent. 

I again apologize for any interruptions and/or confusion this situation has created.
